Just Curious

I am just curious: with all the resources they have, do the USBF bulletins need to be that ugly?

Like the boy who intentionally does a horrible job with the hope that he will not be assigned with it again: The overall design of the bulletin resembles of a beginner's first-time try with Microsoft Word. Beyond the standard info such as the teams entered and the scores of the matches—which are available online anyway, and which is not the reason people grab a bulletin—there are only one or two deals analyzed. (The way the bidding is presented predates 1930s.) The finishing touch in this soup consists of puzzles, evil sudokus, jokes and cartoons floating around...

So, I am just curious: with so much talent and resources, did it have to be that ugly?
