Stolen Cue

in a sequence like 1-(P)-2-2; P-(P)-? we can bid 3 to ask for a -stopper. If RHO bids 3 in stead of passing this is no longer possible. Now I use X as a substitute for the Western Cue.

In a sequence like 1-(1)-2-? We use 3 as a limit+ raise of . If RHO bids 3 in stead of 2 this is no longer possible. Again I could use X as a substitute for the cue-raise.

I agree with the first case, second case is penalty
I agree with the second case, first case is penalty
Both are penalty doubles
Both are Stolen Cue
You can always use Stolen Cue (if there are exceptions please state those)
