BW 2/1: What is 2/1?
I think the second is very close but I would also use the shorthand "2/1" to describe a weak NT system using 5 card majors and in which 2/1 bids were game forcing .
After 1!C (P) 1!H (P) 1NT (P), under what conditions should you bid 2!H with a five-card heart suit?
I bid 2 if I think the won't provide tricks at NT. So outside entries (with some length) tend to argue against bidding

Won't Run Away
Thanks for these articles! Trick 3 of the play south should play the 4 instead of the 4...
Ethics Talk--Please suggest areas to cover
My opinion is that any talk like this should be sure to cover Law 74. Particularly section A point 1 and 2. 1. Courtesy A player should maintain a courteous attitude at all times. 2. Etiquette of Word and Action A player should carefully avoid any remark or action that ...
Puppet Stayman problem after a 2NT opening
we refer to the 5 4 as "the problem hand" and have opener respond to puppet stayman with 3N when he holds a hand that does not guarantee an 8 card fit opposite "the problem hand" So... 2N 3C 3N! --> holds 2=2 or 2=3 in the ...
