Worst Bid? For Bidding Theory Geeks Only
I like 4H instead of 4D, which will let South bid RKC.
Break In Tempo
Clear UI and score should be adjusted. If I was sitting East, I would tend to balance with 3C or DBL especially playing matchpoints. After the hesitation, I simply must pass since the UI makes it more appealing to bid 3C or DBL.
Do you play forcing pass in this auction?
With my regular partner, this is a forcing situation at IMPS. I think it is superior although I would never assume it is forcing if not discussed.

This is in no way a restricted choice situation. It is simply an example of vacant places. Playing for the drop of the 10 is the percentage play (52-48). A 3-1 break is more likely than a 2-2 break but that is irrelevant here. The decision is between 1-1 and ...
Procedural Penalty

Procedural Penalty
Awful ruling. North clearly used the UI. South would pass over 3H.
Bridge is Sixty Percent Bidding?
At the top level, it may actually be more than 60% At the club game level, it is probably 30 to 40%.
USA2 Wins Bermuda Bowl
Congrats! Amazing win
The 5 level belongs to: __________
I have recently switched to forcing at this vulnerability with my regular partner. I was dead set against the idea for many years, but the advantage of a forcing pass here is huge. You can pass with the given hand and suggest 5H, which is just perfect on this hand.
