Dear Brad,i do not see any bad judgment in not addressing voluntary vacating. all of this is taking much more time that anyone anticipated,and if it was possible to vacate titles some of them would be already vacated.

First i would not play in any tournament where pair like FN,would be allowed to play.I obviously understand that this might not be practical approach for professional players.Second if this happened in United States i would hire a lawyer to sue organizers.
